Rules of Engagement
Polaroid’s fan page it is intended to be a space where fans, photography enthusiasts, customers, and brand loyalists can interact, share information and photographs, as well as connect with each other. Therefore, we expect that all fans will not post content that falls into the following categories:
• Threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, indecent or
objectio
nable
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
• Violates others’ intellectual property rights
• Violates or encourages others to violate any law, rule, or regulation
• Spamming in any nature
• Otherwise offensive
We reserve the right to remove any postings that do not comply with our communities rules of engagement or that we otherwise determine is inappropriate. Anyone who repeatedly violates our rules of engagement will be banned from participation. Also, please note that fan postings are not necessarily the opinions of Polaroid. In addition to the rules of engagement, you grant Facebook and Polaroid a royalty-free license to use content uploaded to Polaroid’s page in any manner that Polaroid chooses. This includes the right to use any type of media, including: ideas, photographs or videos submitted to the page.
