HEEEEEEY ARNOLD! Being at Nickelodeon so much lately has put 90's Nicktoons on my brain! Been designing this Helga Pataki eyeshadow palette for my own pleasure and wishing it were real! Wouldn't you love to wear the shade "Football Head" on your eyelids??
