Many of our clients have incurred layoffs during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Having a partner that offers hourly support vs. burdensome fixed costs has been a huge help in controlling their cash flows.

One of our clients, an NYC design / marketing agency, has effectively made us their web development & support team. Their client recently received a PHP error notification on their site.

As a versatile service provider, sometimes it's hard to explain what exactly we do. Here's one example.

We built a custom plugin for a client back in 2017. They deploy it as a proprietary tool for their clients. Over the years we've continued to update it with new features and Wordpress compatibility requirements.

As their needs grew, we began servicing the plugin directly on their client sites, assisting with the front-end pages that their clients use.

Having a robust understanding of Wordpress, as well as user experience, allows us to easily move between the front-end and backend needs of our customers.

A few years ago I was in a situation where one of my best friends hired me to run a significant part of his business. Historically, they were growing hard and fast, but at a turning point where "the thing that got them here isn't what will get them THERE.

There's a lot to gain from seeing your website as a tool vs. an art project.

This case study highlights a project we did where the client had a previously built website that was custom coded and not flexible for their changing needs.

They didn't have the time or budget to completely rebuild the site, so we designed a solution to build a second, mirrored version of the website that would give them the appropriate marketing agility they needed.

It turned a time and investment-intensive process into a fast turnaround that gave them a new marketing tool in about a week.

Their business at the time thrived on website conversions (event signups) so rather than concede the situation, we jumped into action giving them a completely new marketing platform built on top of their existing WordPress website.

Having a company app is great.
Having your app integrate with your website is awesome!

Here's a recap of a custom WP plugin project we did for Liaison International, giving them complete flexibility to connect their app into multiple websites.

They approached us for two things: designing a series of landing page templates they could use to pitch new clients, and building a custom WordPress plugin that connected directly to their proprietary application.
