Customers,
We have changed the procedure for how we process Returns here at Sundown Audio. We are no longer paying for shipping for returned goods, however in the event something is deemed warrantable, we would cover the return shipping.

Currently, you would still need to fill out an RMA form on the site in order to get a reference number, but you no longer need to create a label using our methods. The wording on website is currently being changed; but we wanted to let you know up front.

We suggest, before sending in a product for a warranty inspection, that you have a reputable install shop troubleshoot your system first to help determine if its an actual problem with the product.

Also, for subwoofers, we do offer recone kits for you to rebuild your woofer. This in most cases is a much more cost effective option considering shipping costs.

We are also only holding product sent in for 30 days going forward. Any product that sits longer can be used as a credit on your account and may not available to ship back to you.
