North Platte Downtown Association matched the generous donations and presented The Connection Homeless Shelter a check to support their "Tiny Homes for Veterans" project!

The Connection's mission is to provide shelter, awaken hope, and honor dignity for men, women, and children experiencing homelessness in our community. They help individuals and families regain stability, overcome barriers, and obtain permanent housing—serving over 350 people each year with emergency shelter, meals, case management, and a pathway to a brighter future.

This is what North Platte is all about—neighbors helping neighbors, community coming together to lift each other up, and creating real, lasting change for those who need it most. We are so proud to call this place home and to be part of a community that truly cares.
