Diagnosis (remote or phone): Free
Diagnosis (on-site): $20
Repair (Software): $100 for first hour, $50 per hour after
Repair (Hardware): $150 flat (this means I have to open up the computer)
Anything else residential: $50 an hour (home security, printer, etc)
