As a beauty business owner, I'm sure you can relate. All those late nights coming up with different formulas to get that moisturizer just right, only for it to be an epic fail and have to start all over. On a lighter note, whether you're a cosmetics business owner or just a small business owner in general, I really want you to be encouraged today. They are so many lessons that come with being your own boss, and at the same time, you should be proud of yourself for all the progress you've made up to this point.
