So excited to show off these silly characters I made for the Ann Arbor District Library !

Which of these toothsome nuggets are your favorite? It’s okay to have more than one. I’ll allow it.

If you’re anything like me, you’re feeling beaten down and overwhelmed after months and years of these fearful children running our country. But I’m taking that anger and turning it into power—something I can literally hold in my hands.

I made this as a reminder. A small, tangible piece of q***r power (and yes, it’s 3D printed).

I’ve watched so many q***r friends fear for their safety and worry about how to protect themselves. Over 400,000 transgender people have moved states since Trump’s election. That’s not just a statistic—it’s lives uprooted, communities fractured, people pushed out of places they once called home.

And still, we’re here. Still creating, still loving, still showing up for each other. They can try to erase us, intimidate us, legislate against us—but they cannot take away our beautiful, vibrant q***r power.

We are resilient. We are loud. We are not going anywhere.

No more Mr. Nice Q***r! Who’s with me?

Craving a warm weather vacation for real.
Also craving more client projects.

I contain multitudes.
Who is feeling the same way out there?

These playful lotus blooms started as a simple exploration of shape and repetition, but quickly turned into something more joyful. The translucent petals catch the light in unexpected ways, and when tiled together, they transform into a bold, candy-colored pattern. To me, it feels almost like stained glass—bright, tactile, and a little dreamy.

I love how the two different backgrounds shift the mood: the warm coral background gives a retro, sun-soaked feel, while the lavender version turns it into something more vibrant and poppy. Same flower, two different atmospheres. It’s a reminder of how color alone can totally reshape a design’s personality.

What do you see in these—glassy candy, neon blooms, or futuristic stained glass? 🌸

Yes, I’m still alive and kickin’ (barely, but enthusiastically). Between intense client deadlines, a house move, protesting, major surgery, and the general collapse of society—it’s been a minute since I last posted.

Honestly, getting back into personal work has been tough. When it feels like you’re just feeding the evil algorithm monster for crumbs of attention, the motivation tank runs low. But I also know that making art is how I reconnect with myself, and we all need a little break from the incessantly depressing news cycle—so I reached out to the wildly talented Danielle Davis () for a little creative spark.

She graciously let me interpret one of her amazing pieces in my 3D style, and it was exactly the kind of joyful, grounding work I needed. If you’re not following Danielle already… what are you even doing? Fix that.
More soon (probably). Maybe. We’ll see. ✌️

This was one of my all-time favorite projects—designing and directing a full animated spot and print campaign for PECO! Huge shoutout to the amazing team at .tv who helped bring this vision to life.

Our small but mighty crew worked together to create something truly special on a tight timeline. What made it extra fun?

We snuck in some playful Philly pride with Easter eggs that nod to iconic landmarks, row home life, and yes—Gritty makes an appearance too!

This project reignited my love for design and storytelling, and I’m so proud of how it all came together.

Let me know if you find Gritty!

Looking back at 2022 when I had the honor of working with WIRED on their Amazon Prime Day feature!

I created spot illustrations to highlight 12 different Prime Day categories, using splashes and exploding boxes as dynamic backplates to make the products pop.

WIRED’s Prime Day coverage in 2022 was equal parts fun and informative!

Speaking of online shopping… I’m guilty of reading *way* too many reviews before buying anything.

But every now and then, I skip the research and regret it later. Case in point: I didn’t read the reviews for Varathane Triple Thick Polyurethane. Spoiler alert—it was definitely too good to be true. 😅

💬 What’s something you’ve bought recently that you wish you’d done a little more digging on? Let me know so I can avoid the same fate! 😂

‘We’re not going back.’ Those are Kamala Harris’s words, and they remind us what’s at stake: moving forward with equality, inclusivity, and dignity for *everyone*—especially those of us in the LGBTQ+ community.

Meanwhile, Trump has promised to roll back the protections that keep us safe, respected, and seen. Voting isn’t just filling out a ballot; it’s a powerful choice for the future we want—a future where everyone feels secure, valued, and free to live authentically. 🏳️‍⚧️💙

To bring this very important message to life, I teamed up with the incredible . This trans dude and that British guy, both living in America, wanted to create something that lifts others up and speaks to progress.

Swipe to see Toby’s awesome sketches that I brought into the 3D world! Let’s make a difference together.

Want to see my work in action? 👇

🗺️ Go to Bing Maps and zoom in on these monuments!

This exciting project with brought some iconic landmarks to life in 3D. We focused on developing a stylized yet cohesive visual aesthetic that could be applied consistently across all the elements.

💬 Have you seen any of these landmarks in person? ⬇️🤓
