I have always been a huge fan of photography and graphic design since I took a design class in high school in the late 90's. I then served just over 6 years in the US Army as a Chinook helicopter mechanic/door gunner/crew chief. During overseas deployments I used my hobby in photography/design to document the lives and experiences of war. It was a great way to pass free time and take one's mind of

f the hardships of combat. As a civilian my hobby has led me to photograph sports car races, events, landscapes, and products for businesses. In 2018 I received a degree in graphic arts from Southern New Hampshire University. I've completed projects from logo design, print layout, apparel graphics, and software iconography for my employer in between engineering duties. Currently I live in the beautiful hills outside Pittsburgh, PA and I also co-host a podcast I started with my friends in 2011, called Portmansheau.

West Virginia Hillfest - Andrew Run #2 (Friday) and Run #3 (Saturday) comparison.
This is a hillclimb time-trial race. Car is a 1999 Mazda Miata with a supercharger making about 320 horsepower. Run #3 was ruined by a spark plug coil-pack wire vibrating loose.
