Here's something we see a lot with multi-site restaurant groups and event venues. The network gets installed by someone who knows the gear but not the business. Real firewall, wrong design. No true guest wifi, AV that only works if someone's standing next to the rack.
We build it differently. Every location gets a real guest network with its own splash page, a locked down lane for point of sale, and AV, audio, projection, microphones, all manageable remotely. If a mic drops mid-presentation, staff fix it from a tablet instead of hunting down a technician.
We've set this up for multi-site companies and event spaces around Portland.
Ever wonder what your current setup would do in a moment like that?
