We have extended our Print and Mail Deadline through tomorrow, January 27th, 2023, at 3PM PST for mailing on or by January 31st, 2023. After our deadline has passed, we will continue to process Print and Mail orders as quickly as possible.

It's mid January and time to start talking about deadlines.
For us to be able to mail out all of our orders by the January 31st Deadline, we are asking all Print and Mail orders be submitted by January 26th, 5PM PST.

If you are printing and distributing the forms yourself, we are asking all orders be submitted by January 31st, 5PM PST.

Are your W-9s filled out correctly? Do you have some missing W-9s? E-File Magic has a W-9 service, where we will email your non-employees blank W-9s for them to fill out and send back to the application for your review. All you need is their email addresses! Check out this video to learn more.

E-File Magic is a service that is an easy to use, IRS Approved, online 1099 Application. You can use our application to quickly, and efficiently create 1099 forms and e-File with the IRS.
Once forms are created, you can choose if you would like E-File Magic to email, print and mail your forms, or if you would like; print them and mail them yourself. You do not need pre-printed forms to print from E-File Magic, just print using regular copy paper and the forms will print out exactly how you see them in the application.
Recipient info can be hand typed, or uploaded using Quckbooks, Xero, or Excel. We also offer a concierge service that will upload your Excel template for you!
Not only does E-File Magic offer over 35 forms including 1099-NEC, 1099-MISC, W-2G, 1098, and 1098-T; we also have a W-9 service that will help expedite receiving recipients information.
