I have a new plein air piece to show you. I hiked in and painted this along one of my favorite cross country ski trails - this was actually the first time I had been there when there was no snow on the ground.

As I was arranging the details for my solo exhibition at the Iva Smith Gallery, the gallery director and I got to planning a new custom poster design as well. It's hard to choose a favorite, but this design might be my favorite of the three posters I created for the St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce. "Small Town Charm" features the laid-back small town vibes we know and love.

I've been sitting on some exciting new designs for a while, and finally get to show them off! I love working close to home. The St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce and I went over a lot of great design ideas in the process of thinking these up, and I'm very pleased with how they came out.

🎨 NEW EXCLUSIVE STLC ARTWORK UNVEILED

The landscapes, waterways, and places that make St. Lawrence County special have been reimagined through a new series of original artwork by local artist Catherine LaPointe-Vollmer of Lionheart Graphics.

Inspired by the St. Lawrence Seaway, the River Valley, and the Adirondack Foothills, the collection captures the scenery, character, and sense of place that define the North Country.

Created exclusively for Visit St. Lawrence County, the artwork will be featured in a collection of merchandise that allows visitors and residents alike to take a piece of the North Country home with them.

Merchandise including posters, stickers, magnets, and postcards will be available for purchase starting Monday, June 15th at the STLC Visitor Center in Canton. More details coming soon!
