Hello everyone. My name is Tam and I'm an IT professional for the past 5 years (dabbled for more than 20), who started Tamteq and is available to provide technical support, computer repair, mobile device and internet support. I am available for in-person visits, phone or remote/conference call to your home or business. I am an animal lover and am happy to be around your pets, as long as aggressive animals are caged or restrained. Available to go as far as Canon City, Blende, Colorado City, Fountain, and possibly Trinidad in Colorado.
Some of the services I provide:
- Basic small office/home office setup and teardown (not versed in working with servers or patch panels at this time)
- Hardware support for desktop, laptop, printer, wifi router, modem, etc.
- Software support for Windows, Microsoft Office, internet browsers, download assistance, install/uninstall
- Antivirus, malware, disk defrag, disk cleanup, battery health checks, blue screening, computer system processing issues
- Internet setup, repair and reconfiguration (light equipment support; no cable line dropping) for computers, printers and mobile devices
- Printer configuration, driver install and updates, add/removal to computer and mobile devices for scan, print, fax (such as for all-in one devices)
- Mobile device management for Android (extended), iPhone (limited), and Amazon Fire including app install/uninstall, cache clearing and data transfer to/from device
