I haven’t been motivated to post in months, but my four year anniversary is as good an excuse as any.

I’m proud of this milestone. It takes a lot of work to run a one-man design studio but I absolutely love the challenge. I also love helping people using the skills I’ve learned. That’s always been my biggest motivation.

There’s a lot of uncertainty in the creative world right now but I just wanted to let people know that I’m still here. And I plan on being here as long as I can. Because I love what I do.

Here’s to another 4 years! I’ll get back to posting work soon, lord knows I’ve got a backlog.

I’m SO excited to reveal my updated logo and plaster this on all the things! I can’t say enough good things about Milford Design Co. He did such a great job expanding upon what limited vision I’d previously had, and I’m just so proud of the finished product. OBSESSED.

Another recent logo redesign for Bluebird Glassworks, an incredibly talented stained glass artist. It’s always a really fun challenge to keep certain elements from the previous logo, but reimagine and improve upon those elements. After doing a deep dive into the origin of the business, we decided to make the bluebird and gardenia flowers much more prominent. Add in some improved typography and I think we ended up with a much stronger mark that’s worthy of Alayna’s amazing skills. We have several BG pieces in our home and each one is absolutely stunning!
