I actually cannot work if I don’t do one of these everyday. I WILL just sit and scroll, distract myself with another dumb thing or literally just stare out at nothing and get stuck in my brain.

I feel like other people have to go through this too, like I’m not alone right?????

This tactic has never NOT worked for me, bonus points if it’s a backroad w *neature*
