Cahn Studios had the honor of meeting Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy in Seattle — a moment that truly felt like a convergence of legacy and the future.

From the tech capital of the world, this was more than just a meeting — it was a conversation shaping what comes next.

When legends like Shankar Mahadevan speak about AI not as a threat, but as a tool — one that demands ethical, original, and thoughtful use — it reinforces where the industry is headed.

We’re incredibly grateful for this opportunity, and even more excited to step into the future of creativity — where technology and artistry evolve together.

From Seattle, with humility and ambition — this is just the beginning.

Stop measuring what’s easy.
Start measuring what matters.

Most people quit too early—
not because their content is bad,
but because their metric is.

Views are distribution.
Decisions are strategy.

Build based on the latter.

Comment “STRATEGY” if you want the next framework.

Still thinking about this room.

The questions.
The honesty.
The willingness to actually do the work.

This wasn’t about going viral.
It was about building something real.

Grateful for every person who showed up and leaned in. Comment “ROOM” and I’ll share details for the next one.

Ever felt a random connection with a stranger — locked eyes for a second, then thought about them for days?
Feels stupid now, right?

It isn't.

Your brain has something called mirror neurons. And right now, as you scroll — they're firing.

They decide whether a post gets shared in the first ten seconds. Not your brain. Not the algorithm. Your body.
So when your post gets scrolled past — the information isn't wrong.

The pull isn't there.

Here's the move.

Before you write anything — pick the feeling you want someone to have in ten seconds.

One word. Relief. Recognition. Rage. Tenderness.

Write your first line for the feeling. Not your content.
That's the post that gets shared.
That's what the stranger did to you. Without saying a word.

What's a post you still think about? Drop the creator or the topic below. I want to see what pulled you.

· strategy meets soul.

Someone in your niche — half as good as you — has a million views.

You? Stuck.

It's not talent. It's not the algorithm. It's one thing nobody's teaching you.

Try this today. One sentence:

"When someone describes me to a friend, they say — oh, she's the ___ person."

If you can fill that blank in one clean word, you have positioning. If you can't, that's why you're stuck.

Drop yours in the comments. Tag me in your story. I'll help you find the word.

Hey — quick question for you.

Have you ever felt like you’re doing everything right…
posting consistently, trying trends, even using AI —
and still… nothing really moves?

No traction.
No clarity.
No real connection.

It’s frustrating — because it’s not a lack of effort.
It’s a lack of direction.

Most content doesn’t fail because it’s bad.
It fails because it’s missing a clear story.
And without that, no strategy — or tool — can truly work.

That’s exactly what we’re fixing inside:
Find Your Story. Build Your Strategy. ✨

This is a small, in-person workshop designed to help you stop second-guessing and start creating with intention.

In just 2 hours, you’ll walk away with:
✨ A message that actually feels like you
📱 Clarity on what’s working on social right now
📊 A simple way to understand your analytics (without overthinking)
🤖 AI tools that support your voice — not replace it
🗓 A 30-day content plan you can start immediately

No fluff. No overwhelm.
Just real clarity, real strategy, and real momentum.

And because this is meant to be personal and hands-on —
there are only 8 seats.

Blackberry didn't fail because they made a bad product. They failed because they kept making the same one.

In 2010 Blackberry had 50% of the smartphone market. By 2016 it was essentially zero. Not because Apple attacked them. Because Apple made them irrelevant without them even noticing.

That's what's happening to content strategies built in 2024 right now.

Here's what your feed is still full of — and what it's costing you:
❌ Stacking 20 hashtags on every post
❌ Chasing trending audio that everyone else is already using
❌ Posting three times a day hoping volume fixes the problem
❌ Follow-for-follow and engagement pods
❌ Broad content trying to speak to everyone

None of this is working in 2026. The algorithm changed. The audience changed. The signals changed.

Here's what's actually working right now:
✅ Original audio — your voice, not a trending sound
✅ Micro-storytelling under 30 seconds
✅ Content that gets saved and shared — not just liked
✅ Niche over broad — speak to one person specifically
✅ Non-follower reach — the algorithm is testing you on new audiences constantly
✅ Consistency with a strategy — not just consistency

The creators winning right now didn't get smarter. They just stopped using a Blackberry.

This is exactly what we're unpacking on April 25 — what died, what's working, and how to build a strategy that doesn't become obsolete in six months.

Under 3 minutes. Here's exactly how.

Script written with Claude. Edited in Captions.ai. Caption drafted in ChatGPT. Scheduled - NOT posted before my coffee went cold.

But here's what took longer than the video itself — knowing what to say.

AI can write your script.
AI can edit your reel.
AI can build your content calendar, generate your hooks, repurpose everything you've ever made.

What AI cannot do is find your story. Know who you're actually talking to. Or give you the clarity that makes every single piece of content feel like it was always yours to make.
That's the part most people skip. They go straight to the tools. They get generic output. They wonder why nothing is landing.

The workflow that actually works:
→ Find your story first
→ Feed AI that — your words, your person, your real perspective
→ Let AI handle the volume
→ You handle the voice
That's the whole system.

And those billion dollar brands? YouTube, Facebook, Alibaba — they didn't build FOMO with better content. They built it with a clearer story about why you couldn't afford to be absent.

You can do the same thing. At a fraction of the cost. Starting with a story only you can tell.

AI is everywhere!

Even Cannes is drawing the line.
Cannes 2026 just put hard limits on AI-generated films, and honestly? That conversation is still years ahead of where the tech actually is.

In the meantime, I've been testing Canva's "Made with AI" effects videos, and here's my honest take as someone who watches this space closely:

The output is clean. The accessibility is impressive — Canva has made AI generation feel effortless for non-technical creators. But scratch the surface and the limitations show fast.

Under the hood, Canva's AI Effects are powered by Runway's generation models, which means solid infrastructure, but primarily designed for stylized motion, not identity preservation.

The result? Atmosphere and movement that looks polished at first glance, but face similarity breaks down quickly. If your subject matters (a real person, a brand face), consistency is still a real problem.

This isn't a knock on it's a limitation of the entire image-to-video diffusion paradigm right now. Even Google's Veo 3, which Canva also uses for their newer text-to-video feature, is still working through identity coherence at scale.
The tools are good. The ceiling is just still visible.

Tried it yourself? DM us, curious what your results looked like. 👀

The best post you'll ever write has nothing to do with tips, hacks, or advice.
We've been trained to think that more information = more value. So we pack our captions with steps, strategies, and bullet points. We try to sound like we know things.
But scroll through your own saved posts right now.
I'd bet most of them aren't the ones that taught you something. They're the ones that made you stop and think "how did they know that's exactly how I feel?"
That's the difference between content that informs — and content that connects.
One gets scrolled past.
One gets screenshotted and sent to a friend.
The shift isn't complicated. It's just a different question to ask before you post.
Not "what do I know that they don't?"
But "what do they already feel — that nobody's said out loud yet?"
That question changes everything about how you show up online.
We're building this from the ground up on April 25.
