I'm impressed! After running several test bed versions of video management systems, I finally found one that accepted my odd assortment of IP cameras - Digital Watchdog
It was in my plans to test and my brother reminded me of this company the other day.
Installed on a modest micro-chassis PC and it managed to find EVERY IP camera. See attached image. The other VMS's I have tested would find just one of the 3. Oddly, different VMS would find different models. So, that is what impressed me with DW.

With this success, I deployed to our church with 30 GW security cameras and 5 or so other brands - DW found them ALL.
With the crappy WebGUI of the GW Security NVR, DW is now our viewing solution across campus. This also makes for a great path to full DW recording solution upgrades.

Final suggestion to DW - make your FULL LINE NDAA 2019 compliant. Become a Tier 1 compliant company. This will open the door to unlimited government projects via all your products.
