Ready to take the stage, Richmond?
Our Lip Sync Contest is happening at Richmond Anime-Fest, and it’s your chance to bring your favorite songs and characters to life in your own way. Join us at 2pm for a fun, high-energy event where anything goes, whether you’re recreating an iconic anime moment, putting your own spin on a song, or just having fun with friends.
Signups are completely free at the event, and we welcome everyone to participate. Perform solo or as a group, go all out or keep it simple, it’s all about creativity and having a great time. Cosplay is encouraged, but not required, and all ages, experience levels, and performance styles are encouraged.
Richmond Anime-Fest takes place Saturday May 23, 2026 from 10am-5pm at the Four Points by Sheraton Richmond Airport. Admission is $20, and kids 11 and under are free (one per adult). Tickets can be bought online, or at the door.
