Tower Made Apparel Co. — Galton, CA.

This design pack started with the town’s water tower, then I took that idea in a bunch of directions: badges, lettering, monograms, and graphics for the apparel.

A natural health focused company bringing traditional tallow based products to life with a fun identity that has plenty of personality. This one was a blast to build.

This Raptor Wrap & Sign design pack was a fun one to build. We explored script lettering, bold block type, badge layouts, and a little raptor character, all tied together with that black, cream, and gold palette.

Looks that can carry across vehicle wrap graphics, shop signage, apparel, and more.

Before you pay someone to design your logo, take a minute to think about what you need it to do.

Who are you trying to reach? What should people feel when they see your brand? Where will the logo show up most? What actually makes your business different? And will the identity still work as you grow?

You don’t need to have every answer perfectly figured out before talking to a designer. But “make it look cool” is a tough place to start. The more you can share about your customers, your business, and where you want to take it, the better the conversation—and the design—can be.

Save this for when you’re getting ready to build your brand. And send it to someone who’s working on theirs.

Some identity work for Original Tattoo Supply Company in Hazlehurst, Georgia.

I built this design pack around the kind of bold lettering and old-school shop graphics that feel right at home in tattoo culture. It includes a primary logo, alternate wordmarks, custom monograms, a Georgia badge, and a circular seal—all designed to feel like parts of one brand.

Really enjoyed bringing this one together. Appreciate Original Tattoo Supply trusting me with their brand identity.

Love what you do… or stop doin it! Logos, Shirt Designs, General Branding, Merch, ReBranding, Illustration…. You gotta love every part of the game to outlast the competition.

I’ve helped so many niche brands over the years… BJJ, MMA, submission grappling, combat sports, lowrider culture, Chicano streetwear, streetwear, tattoo culture, automotive, car audio, biker culture, motorcycle, hot rod, rockabilly, off-road, overlanding, blue-collar trades, HVAC, performance apparel, fitness, activewear, first responder, cannabis, dispensary, barbering, outdoor, barbecue, culinary, tallow products…. THIS IS HOW YOU KNOW YOU LOVE WHAT YOU DO! When so many walks of life see a place for your “styles”.

Keep grinding team! Just stay in the game. Outlast the competition. Stay Original. Ignore the gurus. They will be gone soon enough. You will still be here.

Gracie Jiu-Jitsu carries a history and lineage that have had a lasting influence on the art. Getting to keep creating for the Gracie team is something I’m grateful for, and never take lightly.

This new design pack brings together a range of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu graphics, including 3 badges for the Gracie Survival Tactics program for law enforcement. I wanted the designs to respect the name and its roots while giving each mark its own identity.

Thank you to the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu team for trusting me with another round. I’m proud to keep contributing to a name with this much history.

I had a lot of fun building this Island Kulture pack. I got to take the lettering in a few different directions, then tie it all together with the coconut badge and crossed machetes.

The script and the gothic marks have completely different energy, but they still feel like they belong to the same brand. The crossed machetes ended up being one of my favorite pieces in the set.

Lettering has always been one of my favorite parts of building a brand. The right style can carry a whole personality in a name.
