Every owner I have sat with who was working the hardest was also the most stuck.

Not because effort is wrong. Effort is not wrong. But effort pointed at a structural ceiling does not move it. It just makes the ceiling more exhausting to hit every single day.

What actually moves a ceiling is changing the infrastructure under the business. Getting the decisions off the owner. Getting the pipeline visible. Getting the follow-up happening without someone having to remember to do it.

That is the thing worth putting your energy into.
