Computer Help – COVID-19
In the spirit of social distancing and supporting our customers we are offering an online/remote computer service at a minimal fee.
We have been developing a remote help website for the past year and are opening it up sooner to enable our clients and anyone in need, to get computer help without leaving their house.

What do you need to do ?
Steps 1 – visit www.tinker.help
Step 2 – Click on Red “Help” button or Register on top right
Step 3 – Create an Account and submit
Step 4 – Click on the “+” to the right of “Submit a help ticket”
Step 5 – Describe your problem and submit (you can request a call back as well)
Step 6 – Click on “Connect Now” button in red
Step 7 – Google Chrome users: bottom left corner click on the “Team Viewer” file that was downloaded
Edge users : middle bottom of the page click on the “Team Viewer” file that was downloaded
FireFox & Safari users : top right corner click on the “Team Viewer” file that was downloaded
Step 8 – A pop up window asking “KTech1 would like to view and control…..” – click “allow”

** currently hours of service 9am-5pm Pacific time – 7 days a week. If you need help outside these hours please contact us and we can set up an appointment time.
This Service is offered worldwide and anyone with internet may access this.
