A healthy diet and lifestyle. This is honestly so important because keeping a high protein intake throughout your declining years will prevent bone and muscle deterioration, keeping you STRONG and your body YOUNG.
Adapting your swing to your age restrictions. Don’t try to do anything you aren’t capable of on the course- play within yourself and enjoy the game.
Proper equipment will allow you to play longer because clubs with more flex will allow you to perform movements in the backswing and generate higher clubhead speeds than you were previously capable.
Staying mobile and warming up before sessions is also key. This prevents the risk of injury and allows you to keep your youth long past natural degression.
They say you can play golf forever… but don’t try your luck.
