Congratulations to Christina Frigstad on an awesome 8 YEARS with the BroadReach team! We are so lucky to have her on the team, and her impact is monumental within our organization!

To look back on her tenure with us, we asked Christina how she feels she has grown professionally throughout her time at BroadReach.

She said "Over the past 8 years, I've helped to develop our company's post-sales process, particularly our project management system. Developing this process has enabled me to gain extensive insights into our business. Backed by the trust my team has placed in me, I have also moved into a leadership position where I am learning new ways to help my team grow as they support our internal team and our amazing customers."

It is safe to say we learned that we are not headed to the Olympics for curling... we also had lots to learn about the great things coming from the collaboration between Genesys and Level AI! We are so grateful to have this opportunity to participate in such a fun, productive event.

BroadReach was recently featured on Kare 11 for our contribution to the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation! From our Fall Give Back Bird Hunt donations, we were able to raise over $2500 and "Lots O' Toyz". The ops team had an awesome outing recently at the Chanhassen Dinner Theatres! The Jersey Boys show was such a fun experience. Always good to mix up the day-to-day operations!

The 2023 Give Back Bird Hunt was an absolute success, and we want to continue embracing the holiday spirit! Linked below is our Marine Toys for Tots fundraiser page, where we encourage our friends, family, customers, and partners to donate if possible! No matter the amount, any contribution will help towards making someone's holiday season a little brighter.

The Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, is an IRS recognized 501(c)(3) not-for-profit public charity which was created at the behest of the U. S. Marine Corps in 1991.

We absolutely love having Mike with us on the team as his smile never fails to light up a dark room.

We asked Mike a few questions to learn more about him on his work anniversary:

Q: What sets BroadReach apart from previous workplaces?

A: The limitless talent I'm surrounded by is amazing. Not only here at BroadReach, but in our clients and suppliers as well. We truly build partnerships with these folks, and I never take that trust for granted.

Mike was also asked what his favorite hobby was outside of work, and the clear answer for him was traveling.
