Track It: The Behavior Tracking App

Track It: The Behavior Tracking App Track It helps parents track behaviors, patterns, health, and environmental factors so they can better understand what their child is experiencing.

Built by a special needs mom who needed a better way to advocate for her child.

🔓✹ NEW FEATURES UNLOCKED!

We’ve been BUSY behind the scenes, and another round of Track It updates is officially live! đŸ’™đŸ©·

This time, we’ve been focusing on something incredibly important: making the experience of using Track It feel even easier, clearer, and more helpful for families.

Because a tool meant to make life easier shouldn’t feel complicated to use. 🙌

So we’ve been working through the little details, improving the account experience, smoothing out the way things flow, and making Track It feel more intuitive from the moment you log in.

And these updates are LIVE! 🎉

I’m so excited to finally start showing you more of what we’ve been building.

Because Track It isn’t finished growing—not even close. Every improvement brings us one step closer to the tool I wish I’d had when I was searching for answers for my own child. đŸ€

Already using Track It? Go check out what’s new! 👀

I left the reptile expo this weekend thinking about something I wasn’t expecting
 🩎

Hundreds of people. Lots of noise, excitement and stimulation.

Of course, I noticed my own boys.

Covering their ears.
Stimming.
Repeating questions.
Needing breaks.
Sometimes just needing to sprawl out on the floor for a minute. 😂

But then

I started noticing the other kids too.

A child completely overwhelmed. Another SO excited about a reptile that their whole body was showing it. Big emotions. Meltdowns. Parents doing their best.

And I realized something

Learning to see behavior as communication has completely changed the way I see children.

Not just my own.

I’m not an expert. I’m just a mom who has learned to stop asking

“Why are they acting like that?”

and start wondering

“What might they be trying to tell us?”

Maybe they’re overwhelmed. Maybe they’re excited. Maybe they’re seeking sensory input. Maybe they’ve simply had enough.

I don’t always know the answer.

But I’ve learned to get curious.

And that has changed how I see my children, how I respond to them, and apparently
even how I see a room full of strangers at a reptile expo. đŸ˜‚đŸ€

Behavior is communication.

And maybe that’s another reason building Track It means so much to me.

It was never about documenting everything a child does. It’s about giving us another way to slow down, notice, find patterns, and hopefully understand our children a little better.

Because sometimes changing the way we respond starts with changing the way we see.

If you’ve found yourself starting to ask less, “Why is my child acting like this?” and more, “What is my child trying to tell me?” — you’re exactly the parent Track It was built for. đŸ’™đŸ©·

You don’t have to have all the answers to begin understanding your child in a whole new way.

Start noticing. Start tracking. Start seeing the full picture.

We’ve been a little quiet on social media
but behind the scenes? Things have been anything but quiet. đŸ€

Come spend the day with me as I work on what’s next for Track It. đŸ“±

Over the last several weeks, I’ve been pouring a lot of time into making sure Track It doesn’t just work—but truly feels good and easy for families to use.

We’ve been working tirelessly on the app experience, making changes, fixing the little things, and continuing to build a tool that helps families feel more prepared, confident, and heard.

And yesterday, I got to work on another exciting piece of what’s coming
 đŸŽ™ïž

I recorded our brand-new radio commercial, launching September 1st, along with a new Hope 107.9 internet ad!

So yes
 we’ve been quiet.

But Track It is moving. đŸ’™đŸ©·

New radio spot.
New ad.
Big app improvements.
And a whole lot happening behind the scenes.

I’m excited to start bringing you along for more of it—the app, the business, the motherhood, the messy middle, and the mission behind it all.

This next season feels different.

And I think it’s going to be a good one. đŸ€

Are you ready to follow along? 👀

You probably give yourself less credit than you deserve.

Because you’re focused on everything you’re trying to remember.

Everything you’re trying to understand.

Everything you’re afraid you might be missing.

But stop for just a second

Look at everything you’re already doing.

You’re showing up.

You’re learning.

You’re asking questions.

You’re advocating.

You’re loving your child through every good day and every hard one.

💙 You don’t have to be perfect to be exactly the parent your child needs.

You just need tools that help carry some of the weight you’re already carrying.

I felt led to create Track It to solve a problem I couldn’t solve on my own. If it sounds like it could help your family too, I’d love to invite you to take a look through the link in my bio.

My prayer is that it helps you spend less time trying to remember everything and more time simply enjoying your family. đŸ€

Your brain doesn’t remember life in perfect order.

It remembers the biggest moments.

The hardest days.

The funniest stories.

The things that made you stop in your tracks.

But appointments don’t usually start with

“Tell me the biggest thing that happened.”

They start with questions like:

“How often?”

“When did it start?”

“Has it been getting better?”

That’s a completely different kind of remembering.

💙 That’s why writing things down isn’t about having a better memory.

It’s about giving yourself a clearer picture when it matters most.

If you’ve ever walked into an appointment knowing there was more to the story than you could explain, I hope you’ll take a look at Track It. My prayer is that it helps you feel confident, prepared, and supported when it’s time to advocate for your child.

Have you ever left an appointment thinking

“I forgot to say the most important part.”

Not because you weren’t prepared.

Not because you weren’t paying attention.

But because it’s incredibly hard to summarize weeks of real life in a 30-minute conversation.

You remember pieces.

You remember moments.

But the bigger picture can be hard to explain when you’re put on the spot.

💙 You deserve to feel confident when you’re advocating for your child.

That’s one of the reasons I love having a place to keep those little moments together.

Not so I can remember every detail

But so I can tell the story with confidence.

If you’ve ever walked out of an appointment wishing you had remembered just one more thing, I hope you’ll take a look at Track It. My prayer is that it helps you feel more prepared, more confident, and more supported as you advocate for your child.

Today I’m grateful for freedom.

The freedom to raise my boys.

The freedom to worship Jesus openly.

The freedom to dream.

The freedom to build something I believe God placed on my heart.

Track It wasn’t born out of a business plan.

It was born out of a season of prayer, uncertainty, and a deep conviction that there had to be a better way for families like ours.

There were so many moments I questioned myself.

So many moments I wondered if I was capable.

But over and over again, God simply asked me to be obedient.

Today, I’m thankful to live in a country where I have the freedom to answer that calling.

No matter where you are in your journey today, my prayer is that you know your life has purpose, your story matters, and God can use ordinary people to do extraordinary things when we’re willing to say “yes.”

Happy Independence Day! â€ïžđŸ€đŸ’™

“Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.” — 2 Corinthians 3:17

Before Track It, I always felt like I was trying to piece together a puzzle from memory.

One behavior here.

One appointment there.

A note in my phone.

A picture I forgot to look back at.

A conversation I wished I had written down.

Everything lived in a different place.

💙 One of my favorite parts of Track It is that it brings those little pieces together.

Not so you have more information.

So you can finally see the bigger picture.

Because understanding your child shouldn’t depend on how much you can remember.

It should come from seeing the story unfold over time.

If you’ve been wishing there was one place to keep all of those little moments together, I’d love for you to take a look at Track It through the link in my bio.

My prayer is that it helps your family feel a little lighter, a little more organized, and a little more confident as you advocate for your child. đŸ€
