Fully forgiving someone is essential for your own peace of mind. Holding a grudge keeps you emotionally tied to pain, resentment, and past wounds. It does not punish the other person; it punishes you.

True forgiveness allows you to release that weight and move forward. If you find that you cannot let go and their presence continues to bring up hurt or bitterness, it is okay to set boundaries or walk away entirely.

Protecting your energy and mental well being is not unkind. It is necessary. Forgiveness does not always require reconciliation. Sometimes the healthiest choice is to forgive from a distance and move on without that person in your life.

Ok, so this quote might not be entirely “unknown” so if you know the author please let me know! I heard it somewhere a while back and loved it enough to set a reminder for it. It was in-between 2 other quotes from Jen Sincero’s “You Are A Badass” book, but when I googled the quote nothing came up.

We’re about 6 weeks into 2025, how are you doing with your resolutions?

Statistically speaking, most have abandoned one if not all of them by now. Honestly, I’ve only kept onto 1 because I have been ✨ O V E R W H E L M E D ✨ in pretty much every aspect of my life lately.

Anyone have any sanity tips? I re-upped my subscription to Calm about 3 weeks ago and have yet to actually open the app yet. I need to set aside the time to sit with my thoughts and get myself in order 👌🏻

Woohoo! I can finally post again. My personal page was restricted for 30 days (for the 2nd time!) because I was the admin on a couple pages for work and Meta AI flagged them as trying to impersonate another page even though they are regional pages for a franchise!

The pages were immediately reinstated, but my personal profile was left restricted 😭
