Ever catch your brain whispering “I’m terrible at this” right before you start work?

Let’s loosen that thought’s grip in sixty seconds.

➀ Say the sentence again, but add four words in front:
“I’m having the thought that I’m terrible at this.”

➁ Repeat the whole line once, slowly. Notice how it now sounds more like words on a billboard than a truth carved in stone.

➂ Take one deep breath, look around, and name three colours you can see.

Feel the tiny gap? That gap is called defusion—one of the four skills we teach in our chatbot course.
