Bear Tootin doesn't lose their Southern Hospitality with AI.

They started using AI for guest communications to to cover the window when no one's at their desk. WiFi questions at 9pm. Check-in instructions on a Sunday. Rental agreement questions before anyone clocks in.

The key was starting slow. Supervised mode first: AI drafts the response, their team approves it. Over a few weeks, the system learned their tone, their language, their Southern hospitality. Now it handles the routine stuff automatically.

"We were at the point of, do we need to hire more people for reservations, or do we need to find somebody to help with calls after hours?" said Krissy, Director of Operations at Bear Tootin. "That's when we decided we needed AI."
