My ranking is:
1) Qwen (Alibaba's model) is clearly the strongest. However, it does randomly speak in Chinese.
2) OpenAI GPT-4o
3) Llama 3.1
4) Anthropic Haiku -- this one is basically useless when you want personality, they have some hard-coded restrictions in their model and it just fails miserably with really long winded explanations of why it won't do want you ask.

This time was default model settings. If I tweak the model settings and use a tailored instruction, I have been able to Llama to be much more interesting.
