💥 Another Fix in the Books! 💥

We took a gamble on a “for parts only” printer from eBay — just $100. Honestly, we weren’t sure what we’d get… but when we powered it on, we noticed it only had 45 hours of use. Basically brand new! 🤯

Even better? It came with Bambu’s free gift and accessories kit still inside the box. 🎁

We ran a full function test and calibration — passed with flying colors. So what was wrong?
When we tried a test print, nothing came out… 🤔

After a little digging, we found a 2-inch piece of broken filament lodged in the nozzle. Once that was cleared, the printer fired right up and printed perfectly. 🙌

👉 Moral of the story: don’t sell your non-functioning printers!
Most of the time, it’s a simple fix that just needs the right tools and know-how.

🔥 Another save in the books! 🔥

This time we picked up a Bambu Lab Carbon X1 with 1,100 hours of use. The owner ran into an error saying the cutter was broken/stuck. They tried to fix it themselves… but ended up causing more issues bu damaging the circuit board. Frustrated and unable to get it working, they listed it for sale at $400.

We grabbed it, took a closer look, and here’s what we found:
🔧 The connectors had been swapped around — once corrected, the machine powered up just fine.
🔧 We swapped in a $10 circuit board to ensure all connections were solid.
🕒 In under an hour, the Carbon X1 was back up and running like a champ. 🚀

That’s the beauty of what we do: sometimes a “dead” printer just needs the right eyes, steady hands, and a little know-how. What could have been a wasted $400 turned into a fully functional, high-end printer — ready for more hours of creating.
