Hello again! Today feels like a great day to reintroduce ourselves! We might be a little quiet on social media, but we are always right here when you need us, working hard to keep your tech running smoothly. With the amount of tech we all use now to work and stay connected, sometimes it can feel like you need your own IT department! We are Shayne and Katherine McAllister and we started Maypop Tech Assist earlier this year to provide that exact kind of help to our local community in Middle Tennessee. Shayne brings over 20 years of IT experience to the table. He specializes in everything from complex business systems to personalized home tech support, ensuring your technology is both solid and scalable. A favorite part of his work is helping seniors get the most out of their devices so they never feel left behind by a rapidly changing digital world.

Katherine helps keep the wheels turning. Coming from the world of small business (she used to run a rare plant shop!), she knows exactly how overwhelming the "back-end" of a business can be. She’s here to support the customer experience, and has technical expertise with Apple devices and smart home ecosystems.
