To the heart-centered entrepreneur. 💜

Your sensitivity holds a unique kind of power. It carries depth into your ideas, empathy into your leadership and a living pulse through everything you create. It shapes the way your work reaches your community.

Feeling deeply is how you move through the world. It’s how you read a room, how you understand people, how you create from something entirely your own. That depth is emotional intelligence. That attunement is intuitive clarity. That aliveness in everything you do is soulful creativity moving through you.

Your sensitivity is part of how you listen, how you create, how you grow.

It shapes how your work feels to others. It brings meaning into your passions. It brings presence into your ideas. It brings a sense of being truly seen into the spaces you hold. People feel it… even when nothing is spoken.

There is something powerful in letting this part of you lead. It refines your creative voice. It strengthens your intuitive direction. It expands what your work is able to hold and share.

Are you honoring your sensitivity today? 💜

Today the light and dark are in perfect balance and so can you be. The Spring Equinox reminds us that both rest and action have their place. It’s the perfect time to plant seeds and set intentions. Even spring cleaning releases the stagnant energy held over from winter. Be sure to connect with nature today - take a walk, ground with the earth, or watch the sun set.

Real growth only happens through balance.

How are you celebrating the vitality of the Earth? 🌼🌱🌎

There’s something magical about the way life unfolds when we’re open to the nudges and whispers of our own curiosity. ✨

It’s truly amazing how synchronicity works when we say yes to things. The universe has a way of aligning experiences with perfect timing, guiding us toward what we are ready to receive.

This past summer, I created a little group called No Bummer Summer, based off of Judy Moody’s movie, a space to encourage a group of ladies to try things we normally wouldn’t, to get out, explore and say yes to life in new ways.

One of the dares on the checklist was to say YES to buying yourself the “thing”. My thing led me to Barnes & Noble to purchase an art therapy exercise book to use in my new business direction.

Normally, I would have said no to buying myself a gift, to spending money on myself, to doing something extra just for me but because it was part of the dares on the checklist and was for my business, I said yes.

Even while I was learning from and using the therapy exercises in this book, I didn’t know much about the author, Leah Guzman. I knew I loved the material but never explored the author or her world.

During this past month, as I am working on transitioning my business, a Facebook ad for an online creative retreat appeared in my feed. I signed up and was fully engaged in the retreat, connecting deeply with the experience and the energy of the community. It was such a fun experience that I decided to join the membership.

That’s when I realized Leah Guzman — the author of the book I had said yes to back in June — was guiding this community.

Looking back, all of these yeses…

the idea to create the No Bummer Summer group,
making a list of dares,
choosing that particular dare,
walking into Barnes & Noble without knowing what I would choose,
picking out Leah Guzman’s book,
saying yes to myself by buying a gift,
using that book in my therapeutic art practitioner certification,
seeing the retreat ad, signing up, joining the membership,
then attending her webinar last night,
and joining her business program,

have all unfolded in perfect synchronicity.

Each yes has built upon the next, guiding me step by step to this moment, under the guidance of a well-known author and art therapist who is providing and extending her education, her leadership and her knowledge, all in ways that will support me as I grow my business and expand my creative practice.

I feel truly blessed to have been led down this path, and I wanted to share this beautiful reminder: honor every small yes along the way. Sometimes, all it takes is one tiny yes to set everything in motion. 💫

On my desk sits a small potted plant 🪴, a reminder that growth rarely moves in a straight line. Some days bring visible progress you can see right away, new signs that something is taking shape. Other days are about what is happening beneath the surface, where strength, stability, and capacity are being built.

I place some of my crystals💎in that same space intentionally. They are there to support growth, to amplify energy, and to bring focus to what is developing over time.

The plant shows me growth in a physical way. The crystals reinforce the intention behind it. When I look at them together, I think about how building a business asks me to tend what needs attention now while trusting the work I am putting in before the results show up.

Thanks to Amanda Kay for the perfect plant!!!😍

This year began with completing my twelve magical wishes ritual and it feels meaningful to pause and honor what unfolded from that intention. 💫
Last year, my chosen wish rooted itself deeply and became real by me earning two certifications as a therapeutic art practitioner.
That experience affirmed what I already felt in my body and hands… creativity truly is healing and guiding others through expressive art is part of my path.
I feel thankful, blessed and grateful for everything last year offered me, especially the growth that came from trusting what was calling me forward.
As I step into this new year, my word for the year is action.
Action rooted in alignment, intention and trust. Action that honors the wishes I have set and the work I feel guided to continue.
I am excited to watch this year unfold, to witness the progress that comes from showing up fully and to keep honoring creativity as a living, evolving practice.
Here’s to moving forward with clarity, purpose and heart… and letting action lead the way. ✨

The Earth is speaking in softer tones right now… you can feel it when you step outside. The air carries a quiet invitation to release; the same way the trees loosen their leaves when it’s time. There’s a rhythm in that letting go, a reminder that endings are part of how new beginnings find room to grow.
I’ve been thinking about how creativity can move in that same way. Some art is meant to stay, and some is meant to return to the Earth.
Ephemeral art has its own kind of beauty; the kind that asks you to create, to honor the moment, and then to release it.
Rock balancing is one of my favorite ways to practice that… just stacking stones until they find harmony, knowing the wind or water will eventually return them home.
It’s freeing to realize that what we create can be temporary and still have meaning. Sometimes the act of creation itself is what roots us; the moment of balance before the release.
I invite you to head outside today and create an ephemeral art piece from nature.
Release what no longer fits, what has already taught you. Breathe deeply and remember that clearing creates space for something new to root.

Halloween is a time when the veil between worlds becomes the thinnest, when physical and spiritual energy overlap more easily.

Energy begins to shift inward. Intuition heightens. The presence of ancestors feels closer, easier to sense.

Spiritually, Halloween is about connection: to lineage, to unseen energy, and to the cycles.

It reconnects you to your roots. Connects you to the energy you feel but do not always see. Connects you to the cycles that move through everything; the ones that carry both release and renewal.

It’s an invitation to release what’s ready to end and create space for what’s about to begin. It offers reflection.

It invites you to honor your ancestors through creativity, expression, and remembrance. It’s a portal moment; a chance to connect, reflect, and invite renewal through art, ritual, and energy.

A vacay was good to refuel my soul and remind me of what feels true at my core. Creating art on the beach was a first for me on this new journey and there was something so healing about it.
