THE RAT has thrown his hat into the ring!

What exactly are his qualifications for public office? We're still trying to determine that. But he's resourceful, he's determined, and he assures us that any rumors concerning missing cheese, unexplained town expenses, or suspicious dealings in dark alleyways are completely unrelated to his campaign.
