There is something special about the Fourth of July.

It's a day that reminds us that freedom isn't something we simply inherit—it's something that has been protected through courage, sacrifice, and the unwavering commitment of generations who believed our country was worth fighting for.

Today, we're especially grateful for the men and women who have served and continue to serve our nation. Because of your sacrifice, we have the freedom to raise our families, build businesses, work the land, and pursue the opportunities we've been given. Thank you will never be enough.

Avant Ag Tech is looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant with the potential to grow into a Full-Time role as our company continues to expand.

We are passionate about helping growers improve profitability through innovative agriculture solutions, soil health education, water management, and alternative input strategies — and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow alongside us.

Preferred Experience:
QuickBooks Online and/or Zoho One
Invoicing & bookkeeping
Inventory management
Administrative organization
Customer communication
Social media or marketing experience is a bonus

Responsibilities May Include:
Invoicing & accounts management
Bank reconciliation
Inventory tracking
Assisting with taxes, insurance, and licensing organization
Customer & dealer communication
Email organization and follow-up
Administrative support for daily operations
Helping organize SOPs and workflows
Assisting with marketing materials, social posts, and customer communication

What We’re Looking For:
Self-motivated and dependable
Strong communication skills
Organized with attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Someone excited to grow with a purpose-driven company

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember the true reason we celebrate.
