Bright lights. Real conversations. Lasting impact.

At the Medical Spa Show 2026, we connected with med spa leaders focused on building practices that scale with intention—where connected systems, operational precision, and patient experience work together seamlessly, not in silos.

Robin Ntoh helped lead conversations that went beyond surface‑level growth, encouraging attendees to examine how clarity behind the scenes directly shapes consistency, performance, and trust at every patient touchpoint.

These discussions reflected where the industry is headed, and we look forward to continuing the conversation next time!

The American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS) 2026 annual meeting was buzzing this weekend, so we caught up with our CEO Rusty Frantz to hear what was top of mind for practice leaders. One clear theme stood out: AI in ophthalmology. 💡

Conversations centered on how automation can streamline everyday tasks—giving teams more time to focus on what matters most: patient care.

AAD reinforced a simple truth: fragmentation creates friction.

The future of dermatology is connected, where workflows are unified, technology steps back, and care feels more intentional.

Thankful for the thoughtful conversations that made this AAD impactful! ✨

Be honest — does your team know how they can grow with you? 🤔

Most employees want to grow. But when there’s no clear path forward, engagement can fade faster than we expect.

In healthcare practices, growth isn’t just about the business.

It’s about investing in the people who show up every day to make it all work.

When teams can see a future, motivation sticks.

Culture strengthens.

And your best people stay. 💙

We enjoyed SO many great conversations with dermatologists and practice leaders looking to simplify workflows, elevate consults, and make sure no patient opportunity is missed.

We loved sharing how we bring together AI, CRM, and visual education tools like TouchMD to support both medical and aesthetic journeys.

For specialty and aesthetic practices, PECOS determines when Medicare billing — and revenue — can actually begin.

Here’s a quick breakdown of how it works and where practices most often run into delays.

This is something we see a lot with growing practices.

A practice opens a second — maybe a third — location, and over time each office starts doing things a little differently.

At first it seems small. But it adds up.

⭐ Harder to onboard providers
⭐ Harder to train staff
⭐ Harder to see what’s actually working

The practices that scale well tend to keep the fundamentals consistent — how patients check in, how imaging and testing are handled, and how follow-ups happen.

That way every location runs the same playbook.

After working with hundreds of ophthalmology practices, one pattern shows up again and again.

The most successful ones are:
⭐ Easy to find
⭐ Easy to understand
⭐ Easy to trust

If a patient can’t find you, nothing else matters.

And once they do, the experience has to be simple — clear services, straightforward messaging, and reviews that reflect real patient experiences.

In a crowded ophthalmology market, visibility and trust tend to separate the practices that grow from the ones that stall.
