We call these Forever Signs.

Built from heavy-gauge steel, with two layers of steel one oil-based painted the background lettering and a top layer of Corten steel that’s purposely rusted—because apparently some things actually do get better with age.

If it gets scratched, tagged, faded or sunbaked, it can be repaired, repainted and refinished instead of replaced.

Good-looking now. Cheaper for the HOA later.
