One of the more unique homes I have photographed recently, located on Crystal Lake in Beulah, Michigan.

The home features an elongated layout with an open first floor that keeps the lake in view from nearly every main living space, including the kitchen, dining area, living room, and mud room. The main property had recently been renovated, and additional bedrooms and another bathroom being added above the attached garage during the time of the shoot.

This property includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with an open living room and kitchen layout that benefits from being shown clearly and accurately. The recently renovated bathrooms and large walk-in closet in the primary bedroom were also important details to highlight, along with the attached 2-car garage and the setting within a desirable neighborhood.

Following up on the property video I shared earlier this week, here are some of the photo assets from that same shoot.

This home sits on a wooded lot and is just a short drive from Torch Lake, so the approach here was to keep the images clean and natural while still showing the space in a way that feels inviting and easy to understand. The goal is always to make it simple for a buyer to picture how the home lives, not just how it looks.

Between the still photography, horizontal and vertical video assets, and digital floor plans, this is the kind of comprehensive media package that gives real estate agents a lot more flexibility when it comes to marketing across MLS, social media, and listing sites.

I recently had the opportunity to capture this fantastic home in Rapid City and it is a great example of how much stronger a listing can feel when solid photographs are paired with video and aerial drone assets.

The home itself is a newer construction with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, set on a private wooded lot just a short drive from Torch Lake, Elk Lake, and Lake Skegemog. It is the kind of property that benefits from showing not just the interior, but also the surrounding area and lifestyle.

For this video, I focused on combining clean interior and exterior shots with drone footage that provides a lot of additional context to the location. Being able to show how close it is to some of the most recognizable lakes in Northern Michigan adds a layer that photos alone can sometimes miss.
