crushcrushcrush - PARAMORE | 2007

Paramore is such an icon of the MySpace days. I didn't listen to much female vocalists, but I downloaded this whole album and rocked out on repeat. Haley's vocals are unmatched.

Their songs are so catchy and immediately bring me back to high school!

Life throws lots of curveballs. We make plans what we want to do or imagine what it should be like. But things happen, and in the moment it might seem like nothing is going right.

I have learned that things tend to balance out. That I am the person who I am today because of theose trials and hard times.
It's the learning to control what you can control and to embrace the challenges.

IN THE END - LINKIN PARK | 2000

I have found that as I've gotten older, I seem to have less time in the day. Work. School. Kids. Sports.

So many things take our time, and it's important to enjoy every moment...and, to fill our time with positive things. Free up time getting rid of negative things.

Chester died in 2017. It was the first time that a famous person's death impacted me. His music got me through the hard times of high school and kept me going when I moved out on my own. His time on earth was short, but he inspired alot of people.

Enjoy. Every. Moment.

It's fascinating how someone can go years without hearing a song, but as soon as it starts, the words come right back. Lyrix Designs is about bringing back those lyrics of past to screen and print. Specializing in typography design, we create unique types of artwork that inspire, remind and bring back those feelings of joy to the music we used to listen to.

This is for people who grew up MySpace, with the struggle of holding their CD players just right to not skip a beat....and those who made their crush a CD mix of their favorite songs downloaded from LimeWire.
