Your controller is more than a link between your microscope and computer. It determines how much flexibility you have in measurement, automation, data acquisition, and advanced experimentation.

That’s why RHK Technology designed the R10 Controller around modularity and adaptability. With configurable hardware, software, and firmware, the R10 can expand as your research needs dictate, and take on new experimental challenges without having to replace your entire control system.

When your research demands more from your SPM, make sure your controller is ready for what’s next.

We're excited to share newly published research demonstrating how the RHK PanScan® Lumin was used in Scanning Tunneling Microscopy-Induced Luminescence (STML) mode to map optical emission from CdSe/ZnCdS quantum dots with nanometer-scale precision.

The study provides new insight into plasmon-mediated light emission and highlights how STML can help researchers investigate light-matter interactions at the nanoscale.

Congratulations to the authors on this important contribution to the field. We look forward to seeing how this work evolves, including future studies exploring silver-based tip and substrate configurations to further enhance quantum yield.
