A lot of small businesses around Florence, AL have decent traffic coming in, but the website itself is where the lead gets lost. If the page is slow, hard to read on a phone, or doesn’t make it obvious what to do next, people back out pretty fast.
I’ve seen this a lot with contractors, service companies, and local businesses across The Shoals, Muscle Shoals, Tuscumbia, and Sheffield. The website looks fine at a glance, but it’s not built to get calls or quote requests. That’s a different job.
A few clean changes can usually help. Better wording. Faster load time. Clear service areas. Stronger local SEO. Less clutter.
Is your website bringing in real leads, or is it mostly just sitting there?
