I woke up on a Monday morning with a cell phone that had completely drained battery. Even though it had been plugged in to a power source that had worked for month. My cell phone provider inlighted me with the fact that my cell phone Insurance only covered broken screens. Well, wasn't really aware of that but that meant that I needed to buy a new phone from said vendor. I really could tell that there was something really wrong with the USB-C port. Reason is because any USB-C cord- I tried, wouldn't work. So I searched for the closest location, called talked the the owner and she told me she would call ahead for me. And when I arrived the store manager knew I was coming and started working on my issue, or at least took it back to the work room. Within 1 hour, my phone had been fixed and charging correctly. What a great store with very professional employees. Thank you SmartPhone ER for making me a Happy Camper!Phil Broken Phoneps. I cancelled my New Phone Order and saved a good bit of money for the new phone.

My phone battery was swollen, popping the back off my phone. Also had a broken internal power cable. I was there when she opened and got right in. I had a little wait time, but she was able to get all the parts needed and fixed right up. She charged a very reasonable price, too. I didn't walk out with a $500 bill like some other stores.
