Meet 8 year old Dottie, who’s ready to be your best friend and adventure partner Forever!
Dottie is beautiful, smart, independen, full of energy and enjoys exploring nature or riding shotgun in your vehicle! She loves attention and lovin. Dottie loves outdoor adventures and scanning the woods for birds and other critters. Because she has a high prey drive and is also very food driven, she can be competitive and does not like to lose. As a matter of fact, when food is involved, she gets nervous and demanding.
Her adopters needs to understand that her doggie nips are not an attempt to bite, but rather to seek attention. Dottie wants to be first; losing to other dogs is not in her barkcabulary. Due to her competitiveness, Dottie MUST be the only dog. Only homes with older considerate children will be considered.
To keep Dottie out of trouble lots of enrichment is recommended. Dottie would excel in dog sports, with proper training, such as agility and barn hunt. Due to her keen sense of smell, scent games would be the perfect activity to keep her mind and body busy.
In true Brittany fashion, Dottie pulls and rushes on a leash. Additional leash training is in order. A fenced yard is required for Dottie. She loves to run for the fun of it. Precious Dottie is spayed, housetrained and even though she is crate trained, she is trusted alone in the house; however, she is a well accomplished counter surfer and if not locked, will slide open doors with her nose.
At her previous foster she wore and responded to an e collar for recall, but her recall was not good without it. Her nose simply gets the best of her! Even though Dottie can be super active and instinctive, and at times, a “handful,” she pays you back with lots of love and affection. She has been well loved and will be a fabulous dog for the right home.

Adopt Molly 🧡

Happy Woof Wednesday!
Meet Molly, a 2 year-old Brittany mix searching for a Forever Home!
Molly is an active girl who loves the outdoors and people of all ages. Molly walks well on a leash, plays nicely with cats and gets along well with other dogs too. She enjoys running the yard and playing tug of war. Molly really hopes her new home will have another active dog like her who likes to play too.
Molly is still working on remembering her manners, things like containing her excitement when people visit, as she can be a little jumping at times, as well as, her basic commands. She practices them often and does pretty well if treats are involved! She’s fully house trained and doesn’t mind being in a crate for a few hours. Sometimes she will even go lie in it and take a nap, but its best if she doesn’t have to stay in it for long periods during the day.
There is another important thing you should know about Molly, she has a condition called Diabetes Insipidus. Never heard of it? Basically Molly’s brain doesn’t know how to tell her to stop drinking water. Her condition is easily treated with medication (eye drops) twice a day which she’ll need for the rest of her life. Additionally, her new family will also need to make sure Molly has regular water breaks and knows water will always be available too. If you think this condition slows her down, No Way Molly is as playful and goofy as they come just ask her Foster Mom!
Molly is up to date, spayed, heartworm negative, on prevention, and micochipped. She’s looking for a loving, playful and active family who doesn’t mind that she’s not much of a snuggler as Molly is just too busy for that. Her dream home also has a physically fenced yard, a playful companion dog and a family who spends quality time with her. Does this sound like your home?
