For those who didn’t know, the Kraken is a mythological creature that is enormous in size and thought to closely resemble an Octopus. Any fans of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies likely already know this.

Here are some fun facts about the Octopus...

Octopuses or Octopie have decentralized brains, and most of their neurons live in their arms. Those neurons assist the arms to independently touch, taste and move, giving the impression that an octopus has nine brains. WOAH! 🐙🧠

Octopuses can regrow their arms if they lose one, which must come in handy.

An octopus can change color on command. Instant camo!

They also have 3 hearts! ❤️❤️❤️
