Howwww has it already been a month since the retreat in Mendocino??

What an awesome highlight of 2025 - meeting this group of amazing women in person, being in the redwoods, spending time by the ocean, enjoying blooming flowers, getting fresh business clarity and perspectives, eating ALL of the CA produce, heartfelt conversations around the daytime (and nighttime) campfire, sauna sessions, and so much more.

Huge thanks to .creative and for making Hoem retreats happen!! And to for sharing your amazing space (and floral skills!) with us!

Hope I get to see everyone again soon! 💜💜💜

Hi friends! I know, I’ve been a little quiet around here - lots of behind the scenes marketing & design projects these days for awesome clients, and building some fun Snowdrop things, too! Excited to show up online more and share what I’ve been up to. Here’s to getting back in the swing of things!

In non-screen-time news, please enjoy this moment that brought me SO much joy a couple of weeks ago! Our older doggo Cody is almost 15 and he slowed down a ton this year. I wanted to be able to bring him to his favorite creek spots this summer without crushing him on long walks. He loooooves the backpack (thanks 💜) and it’s been an awesome way to still bring him on adventures!

The perfect late spring evening in Teton Valley: golden hour wildflowers (yay they’re starting to bloom!!), sunset over peaks, alpenglow, the moon, birds, a breeze that’s hinting at the summer to come, the best doggos, and amazing humans!

I’ve been in hibernation mode lately working on client projects, bringing a Snowdrop rebrand/brand update to life, dealing with health stuff, and life stuff (all the stuff) - stay tuned for allll the updates coming soon!!

Special thanks to Erin Wheat for the most amazing photo session and to Theresa at Little Flame Creative for helping with messaging and words and to everyone else who has inspired, laughed with, supported, and mentored me along the way! I’m so excited to see it all come together 💜

An ode to the Snow Moon 🌕

Collage has always been one of my favorite ways to create! Masking and vectorizing my photos and turning them into a collage digitally feels a little different than scissors and glue but I love being able to adjust transparencies and overlays and see where it all takes me.

I’m excited to keep creating this full moon series! The Worm Moon is up next in March (also known as the Crust Moon). Stay tuned!

Midday dog walks (and XC ski sessions) have been great life and business reminders lately:

- Small steps really add up over time! The doggos and I have walked and skied about 80 miles this year so far just out the back door - around the neighborhood and in the backyard

- There might be some mud or obstacles along the way but we prepare for them and really it all just adds to the adventure

- The dogs are great at reminding me to be present and to pay attention to all the little details - I love seeing all the critter tracks in the snow and the way the sun reflection sparkles when it’s sunny

- Seasons ebb and flow, life stuff happens, but the path is still here in one form or another

- Taking these moments to ground myself, even if it’s just 30 minutes, really helps with creativity and perspective

Super fun magnet/button project for 🤩

Lone Peak + my C33 sunburst Tetons logo + the Big Sky logo, + Montana sunsets as inspiration = this awesome mountain-inspired design that’s memorable and looks great on the fridge!

(And if you’re looking for anything Big Sky real estate related, Tory is 100% your person!!!)

One of my goals/intentions for January (and beyond) this year has been to spend at least 30 minutes of movement outside every day. So far so good! Awesome for my brain, awesome for the dogs, awesome for my creativity and overall wellbeing.

Even when it’s grey and gloomy outside I’ve been finding so much beauty in the details - like these layers of moody trees. Design inspiration everywhere!

It’s been super fun to work on big print projects recently! Posters, banners, pop-up tents, and more. This one is an awesome 32” x 80” (yup, bigger-than-life-size!) retractable banner for Coach Chris Carlisle to take to book signings and his speaker table at events.

I always love seeing designs come to real tangible life in the wild! Never gets old 🤩

Inspired by the solstice, the moon, snowflake shapes, and the return of the light 💜🌘

I haven’t had a ton of time these days to design just for fun - I forget how calming and inspiring it can be for me!

A few of my favorite things 💜 (and why human-centered design and marketing is so important!)

- the doggos
- hiking in the mountains
- wildflower season
- purple
- adventures in our Idaho/Tetons backyard

These are all things that help shape me and my worldview and my stoke level AND my views on marketing/how I run Snowdrop Creative.

It’s all about connection and experiences - with people, places, nature, adventure - that make us who we are. And these are part of the human experience that AI can’t experience. Snowdrop Creative was born from this idea of connection and it remains one of my core values!

So make those connections. Embrace the unique way you experience the world. Remember your clients and customers are human, too! The human side of marketing and design is where the fun lives!!

Happy logo & branding launch day, 🤩✨

I LOVE working with amazing humans who run purpose-driven businesses - Allie at Sacred Simple Living is doing amazing things and I’m so excited to see her programs flourish!!

This was such a fun project - incorporating intertwined snakes, a sacred arch, roses, Templar cross pieces (peep the custom patterns and snake “scales” 👀), and more for a totally custom and unique logo, icons, watermark, and brand assets.
