September was one for the books! ✨
After months of planning, creative design, programming, production, and countless details behind the scenes, my Gimga team and I successfully completed two major events in two cities—just one day apart!
First, The Korea Society Society Annual Gala in New York City, followed the very next day by the Korea National Day Celebration in Washington, DC.
From developing the creative vision and event experience to coordinating programs, production, AV, vendors, food and beverage, logistics, and on-site ex*****on, these events truly represented what we do at Gimga—bringing many moving pieces and incredible people together to create one seamless experience.
It took months of preparation, long days, late nights, many trains and miles between DC and New York—and an incredible amount of teamwork.
I am especially grateful to my amazing Gimga team, who worked tirelessly alongside me, and to the incredible teams and partners who helped us bring it all to life — , National Portrait Gallery, , and . It truly takes a village, and we could not have done it without everyone’s talent, dedication, flexibility, and support.
Two major events. Two cities. Two consecutive days. Successfully completed! 🙌
