Motorcycle dealership seem to be hit or miss these days …
well
Ocean State Harley-Davidson is a grand slam … family owned dealership with a staff that is as pleasant as it is knowledgeable.

Keith saved me a few hundred when tried to order a part that I didn’t need

Alison did paperwork that didn’t care to do .. who doesn’t hate paperwork

A service department that doesn’t sell you extra stuff just so they can bill you extra

Sales team that sell you a bike for the MSRP. Not tacking on huge mark-ups

Follow up … that’s a big one. They understand that your motorcycle is a toy but also understand that it can be more than that for some people.

Over the years I have questioned people who have purchased bikes from other dealerships.. I made the observation how good Ocean State Harley Davison is. ..
in conclusion …they actually care about their customers.

OSHD has a lifelong customer here and you should be also.

Justin is pushing hard to get a few brutal Hills out of the way. He and kris have a very dangerous stretch of road coming up and it’s hotter today than it was yesterday so today will be a huge challenge in many ways, and of course, a lot of muscle fatigue has accumulated from all the distance covered yesterday. Please keep Justin and Chris in your thoughts, send some positive energy their way.
