Don't get left behind! Google just announced that websites made with Google Business Profiles will be turned off soon.

In March 2024, websites made with Google Business Profiles will be turned off and customers visiting your site will be redirected to your Business Profile instead. The redirect will work until June 10, 2024.

While your Business Profile won't be affected, you'll need to rebuild your site to continue attracting clients and remain visible to the web.

If you have a site with Google, let's establish a plan together to design and build a new site that will attract more clients, generate more leads, and grow your revenue.

BUSINESSES, don't let the content on your website go stale 🤮 .

You're likely to lose engagement and miss important customer connections (aka 💰).

Here's a few ways to freshen things up:

1. Revamp the design 🖼
Is there a better way to tell your brand's story or share your company's message that more closely align with your goals?

2. Update those social proofs ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Don't let a review from 2 years ago about an outdated product or service speak for your current work. Collect new reviews regularly and showcase the best ones.

3. Post more blogs/articles ✍
You have expertise, so teach and inform and create content that will add value to users and drive engagement. (P.S., don't rely on ChatGPT alone for this!)

4. Write up some case studies 📰
Case studies are powerful tools that can demonstrate your company's ability to achieve results and are one of the most effective means of establishing credibility with customers as well as search engines.

5. Try new headlines and fill out more descriptions. 📣
Sometimes the old marketing tricks are the best. Capture interest, arrest attention, identify a need, promote a solution. You'd be surprised how effective a few lines of text can be!

Don't relegate your marketing to social media while your website languishes on Stale Island! 🏝

Crazy stat: 90.63% of pages get no organic search traffic from Google (via ahrefs.com).

What's crazier: It's actually not that difficult to get into the top 10% - even the top 1%.

The problem: Too many pages are simply not designed and built for what visitors are actually looking for. There's no research, no strategy, no follow up. Poor content and sloppy ex*****on mean that your website will remain virtually invisible.

The solution: Take the time to do the work, think about your customer and their intent, and then design and build around that. Google will reward that work by serving your website to the right people.
