There's a two week wait between the moment a custom Smoking Embers candle is poured and the moment it's ready to burn. That's not a delay, that's the process. Based in Jesup, Iowa, Smoking Embers Candle Co. hand-pours every candle in small batches, takes on custom orders for one-of-a-kind scents and designs, and also makes wax melts and handmade candle holders in partnership with other local small businesses.
