Things to always remember…

Schedule alone time: Take 15 to 20 minutes just for the two of you during the day (like after the ceremony or during sunset photos) because the schedule moves fast.

Let go of minor details: Guests remember the food, music, and fun—not the exact centerpieces or napkins. Trust me! I have been invited to plenty of weddings and don’t remember a single thing about the decor but I remember I had fun.

Stay true to yourselves: Don't feel pressured by traditional rules or social media expectations if they don't fit who you are as a couple. It’s okay to skip the garter or bouquet toss if it’s not your thing.

Hiring a wedding coordinator doesn’t just manage the day, we also…..

Meet with you 1-2 months before your wedding to go over your day

Execute a timeline to ensure the day runs smoothly

Run the rehearsal and cue the ceremony

Check in your vendors, help them when they have questions or concerns, finalize payments and hand out end of night tips

Help execute setup, tear down, moving of ceremony decor to the reception hall

Work with the officiant if they are newer to the wedding industry

Provide emergency items for you and your guests like bandaids, pain relievers, bathroom supplies for your bridal party, steamers, and so much more

Work with the DJ and venue to provide the best grand entrance!

Provide tips, tricks and questioners to you throughout the time leading up to your wedding so you know exactly what to ask your vendors and venue before the day comes.

You and your family can relax without all the last minute questions and logistics that need to be answered.

We make sure your flowers come on time, the table settings are straight, the tables have enough chairs for your guests, we have tools when things break, glue when things fall apart, and Kleenex for when those happy tears happen

We run after your veil if it blows away, or if you forget to order lunch, we will handle it.

We are there for you day and night to serve you and your guests to ensure your day is perfect!

Planning to have a DJ at your wedding?

What to ask/look for….
✅DJ & MC-ask them if they also will MC. Look for one that has a polished, clear and confident voice.

✅Microphone. See if they have the hookups for a microphone for your ceremony

✅ Ability to read the room. This one is HUGE! Observing the room to see who is dancing and what music gets the crowd going vs just playing a pre set playlist. If your floor is empty, they should know to change up the tone fast

✅ Mix and Flow. Do they take requests? Can they blend songs smoothly without any quiet transitional periods

✅ Expertise and Professionalism. They have professional gear and equipment as well as back up plans. They have lighting and extras to really bring the party. They work well with other vendors and can handle unpredictable moments or changes in the timeline.

A good DJ will be energetic, pump up the crowd, mix music with easy flow and keep the dance floor packed.

Keep in mind if the bride and groom leave the floor, others tend to as well. Your guests came to celebrate you and want to spend time with you. So if you want the dance floor full, don’t walk away too much!
