The planet pays a huge price for cheap plastic products. However, if we are all more mindful we can reduce waste and it’s devastating effects. There are so many ways you can be green without spending a lot of time or money. Shout out to all of the small businesses that are trying to turn the tide in favor of our planet.

The ADA recommends that you brush for two minutes, twice per day. For most of us, especially kids, two minutes of brushing feels like two HOURS. But if you combine brushing with another fun activity like reading, watching a video, or dancing around your bathroom, two minutes goes by in the blink of an eye.
