As many of you know, we keep a close eye on the hardware market to ensure our customers get the best value. Right now, we’re seeing a significant upward trend in RAM (Memory) prices in some cases up to 4x normal, which usually means the cost of brand-new PCs is about to climb.

The good news? You might not need a new computer.

New Year's Hours
Closed: We will be closed on Wednesday, December 31st, and Thursday, January 1st.

Reopening: We will resume normal hours on Friday, January 2nd.

Good morning Cerberus Connect customers. There is a small outage for our clients receiving internet service from our equipment connected to the Grain Elevator and FBC Windsor. A new roof is currently being installed on the church and our equipment had to be temporarily removed while construction is underway.

Once the sections of roof where our equipment is mounted can once again safely be accessed we will be reinstalling and realigning the equipment to restore internet service. We will update you here on ETAs as we have them. Thanks as always for understanding.

Good morning everyone. As of about 7am Phase 2 of our network infrastructure update was completed. Phase 3 should come sometime near the middle of January. We will keep you posted and thanks for your understanding.

All services should be restored at this time. If for some reason you do not have internet or your VoIP phone system is not connecting, a quick power cycle of your equipment should resolve the any residual issues. AKA... Have you tried turning it off and on again?

We will be back in office for regular business hours tomorrow morning at 9am. Thanks again from the entire crew.

Greetings to all of our wonderful customers, we hope you are having a great afternoon on this grey and yucky Saturday. This is just to inform all of our Cerberus Connect internet customers that we will be starting on phase 2 of of internet infrastructure upgrades tonight around midnight. We have every expectation that internet services will be down for a few hours at a minimum but will be back up before morning. This will also affect about 50% of our website and email customers along with Cerberus Vault remote backup customers.

Good morning everyone, Terry here. From the Cerberus Development family to yours we wish you all a wonderful day fill with happiness and a full belly. To all of my fellow neuro-spicy individuals out there seeing this graphic, I feel your pain.

Just an announcement to all of our Cerberus Connect VoIP and Internet customers...

You can expect an outage tonight around midnight that will probably last for multiple hours. We are intentional waiting until late at night while you are all sleeping in preparation for your Black Friday battles tomorrow. We are actively working on upgrading our systems for future expansion of our internet service speed and availability and with that growth comes a little bit of downtime while we migrate, upgrade, and reconfigure some hardware.

I know what you're going to say... "But Terry, it's Thanksgiving and a 4-day weekend, you shouldn't be at work at midnight!", but here I am, doing it anyway because we love you guys. If you do feel the need to text, call, or email me tonight at 12:30 to let me know the internet is offline... don't worry, I am already on the case :)

Cerberus Holiday Hours & Support Update

As the holiday season approaches, we want to provide a clear schedule of our upcoming office hours and support availability.

Thanksgiving
Closing Early: Wednesday, November 26th at 12:00 PM (Noon).

Closed: We will remain closed on Thursday, Nov 27th & Friday, Nov 28th.

Reopening: We will reopen for normal business hours on Monday, December 1st.

SUPPORT FOR BUSINESS CLIENTS: We understand this is a busy time. For our business clients experiencing critical issues over the holiday weekend, we remain steadfast in providing support.

Please call 1-888-529-5119 and select option 0. Our team will be monitoring the lines.

December & Christmas Hours
Friday, Dec 5th: The office will be closed. Access to emails and calls will be limited.

Good morning to our internet and phone clients in town. We apologize for the brief outage this morning. We are implementing some new security measures on our network to better protect your data and with that came a few unforeseen growing pains. We are actively working to limit your downtime as much as possible and do not foresee any further downtime until late nights and very early mornings. The late nights and early mornings will be announced prior to configuration changes.
